Aksido connector for Claude

Aksido keeps the share register (ejerbog), cap table and employee warrant programmes for Danish companies (ApS and A/S). The connector lets Claude read them with your own Aksido access, so you can ask about ownership, programmes and what needs action. It cannot change anything.

What you need

An Aksido account (free) with access to at least one company. Claude sees exactly what your role in Aksido lets you see: owner, admin or reader
Claude on any plan that supports connectors

Connect

Open Aksido in Claude's connector directory (or search for Aksido under Settings → Connectors) and select Connect. If you can't find it, add a custom connector with the URL below.
Sign in to Aksido and select Godkend (approve)

Tool	Returns
`list_my_companies` List my companies	The Aksido companies you have access to, with your role, CVR number, company type, industry and employee count.
`get_company_summary` Get company summary	One company: share capital, share classes, number of shareholders, shares issued and number of warrant programmes.
`list_cap_table` List cap table	The register of shareholders (ejerbog): each owner's name, type, country, shareholding and ownership percentage.
`list_warrant_programs` List warrant programs	Warrant programmes with status, tax regime (§ 7 P / § 28), pool, exercise price, vesting and the number of warrants granted.
`get_attention_items` What needs attention	What needs action, overdue first: share-register changes not yet marked as registered, contracts and grants awaiting signature, expiring signature links, cliffs within 30 days, invitations not accepted, and drafts. Facts with dates and a link into Aksido.

Data and privacy

Claude reads only what you can see in Aksido, and only when you ask it to. The connector never writes
Claude can read company data, owners' names, holdings and percentages, programme terms, and the names of the people an attention item concerns. It cannot read CPR numbers (Danish personal ID), e-mail addresses, home addresses, salaries or documents
Aksido stores the connection (Claude's registration, your approval and access tokens that expire after one hour). We do not see your conversations with Claude
What Claude receives is governed by Anthropic's terms and privacy policy. To disconnect, remove Aksido in Claude's connector settings; to have the connection deleted on our side too, write to privacy@aksido.dk
